Hi, I’m Cynthia Morrigan, founder and lead wellness guide at MorriganPost. Launched in April 2022, this site started as my personal project to share real, actionable health insights after years struggling with burnout and poor nutrition. With a background in nutrition consulting (MS in Nutrition & Dietetics from Mount Saint Vincent University) and hands-on experience helping 100+ clients in New York, I created MorriganPost to make wellness simple and science-backed.
