To my miserable self,
I know what you’re going through, my dear. But as you know, this life isn’t a bed of roses; everyone experiences good and bad days.
You may believe that the people in your life will assist you in overcoming your sorrow. However, remember that no matter what you say to others, only you will truly understand your struggles.
Don’t worry, buddy; you’ve also lived such days before and climbed this mountain. And yeah, this letter will make you feel better every time you read it. Take a moment and see that there’s something good where this path is leading you.
Sometimes we work so hard for something or someone that it becomes impossible to let go. You felt that you had it figured out and suddenly wondered what was happening.
I had a profound plan, and everything was going well. It can’t happen again. You took a left turn when you should have taken a right, but you were unaware.
Now, what?
Feel your emotions (crying, hurting, questioning), but when you are done, pick yourself up and move forward. Holding onto that pain will crush the blessings you deserve.
So, forgive yourself and learn the lesson. Never stop and remember that a new day comes with new opportunities and things that make you successful, and laugh at the bad days of the past.
Remembering things must include being grateful because you’re luckier than ever imagined. I know you won’t disagree; you have been blessed many times and are still being blessed by the universe.
Don’t you feel the same?
Ask your inner self, and you will get the answer. Put back your smile and measure how you grow through the challenges that ever come. Certain things don’t work out for your good. Let’s be happy and cherish every moment and experience we gain.
Respect your past self for every goal it had. Not achieving a goal doesn’t mean you should bale yourself out and suffer your whole life. Some days we feel like hating everything—the universe, people, and situations. No words can describe how you feel inside.
Take a breath and dedicate your time to remembering the moments that naturally make you happy. Your response to the situation will start changing, and this letter for life will deepen your relationship with yourself. I’m always there for you, sweetie.
Things make sense at the right time; that’s life. Until then, you must put more faith in God’s plan than your desires. A little request this letter for life has from you is to trust that everything happens for a reason. It is important to make decisions that ensure your future success and inspire you.
It might be challenging to let go of failed endeavors and accept the truth. You will feel frustrated, unhappy, despaired, and anxious, but please don’t stay in this state for too long.
This might serve as a call to physical or mental disease. Chronic illnesses are primarily caused by stress and anxiety. Therefore, it is vital to focus on the future rather than the past.
Sometimes you love someone who doesn’t love you back or breaks your heart. You may feel that this person loves and cares for you. But what you feel towards someone or something is not always a reality.
You’ll ask yourself, “Seriously?” I did everything to get this in return. Remember that love can’t be forced back when someone does not love you.
Love makes life meaningful, and seeing them happy while respecting their decisions is true love. If someone betrayed you, don’t blame yourself. Trusting deeply in someone you love isn’t wrong. People say, “Love is blind,” which is true.
When you love someone, you invest all your trust, emotions, and love in that particular person. The best decision is to forgive that person in silence and never talk to them again.
Don’t demand answers, don’t point fingers, and create peace for the good memories you shared with them in the past by releasing your anger. And while dealing with the tragedies that are passing through your life, spending time with your real friends and family is the key to happiness.
Most Americans ignore this ultimate happiness secret, and their busy schedules prevent them from doing this. Everyone, especially youth, needs a break to spend time with those who care most for them. You’re strong as well as the creator of your happiness.
Look for pleasure in the little things in life, like a piece of chocolate, your favorite spicy dish, or fluffy cotton candy. Your despair will melt away as you experience these little moments of happiness.
With all this, I want to tell you that you’ve overcome much worse, and staying down for too long won’t help. Never forget your strengths and the value you bring to the world.
You are enough, no matter how you may have felt because of someone or something bad. Their beliefs were reflected in their actions, but those actions do not define them.
Combining your actions with your strength will never make you feel alone. Anytime you feel tired, anxious, or like giving up, I’m here to hold you.
I know you’ll keep going because I love you.
Do your absolute best, and don’t give up!
You are on the cusp of entering a new era of success and blessings. Keep a print copy of this letter to life on your desk to read whenever you feel down.
Sending you love and light.
