Remember that Broken Path Allows Light to Come in

When you get the feeling of “I am broken,” know one thing; your time-to-time breakdown will help you to become more powerful and enlightened.

When your heart is broken, you become more open to new experiences and insights. During this phase, it can feel like all the good in the world is gone and everything is terrible. Even our souls go through a tough transformation during this time.

We should know that if life binds us in positive and good experiences all the time, the other side will remain untold for us forever. Also, there will be no space for us to grow and become more robust, rational, and generous.

Once thing I learned from my own life is that at the time when I feel broken inside, I should not expect smooth rides in life because if it is so, I would miss all challenges and life-changing transformations. These priceless experiences have enormously broken me, hit me, and again rebuilt me with an updated “me.”

Remember to Grant Your Feelings and Honor Them despite of Fighting

When you feel broken, you should not get upset with heart-wrenching emotions. Tolerating and winning all hurdles are the signatures of a human.

There are certain situations that trigger our extreme emotions, such as; screaming, shouting, crying, falling on our knees, or other overwhelming emotions.

We often make one mistake of keeping our heavy emotions flubbed in our minds and afraid of expressing those in front of others. For example, the feeling of “I’ve been broke all my life,” de-motivates and distracts us from our missions. So, we fight off our inner feelings and think we can just ignore it. But, we fall face down to the most challenging stage that we tried to ignore, and suddenly we realize the whole world’s weight on our shoulders.

So, one solution is to walk into the dark room bravely all alone. As a result, you will discover the most profound emotions that your mind and heart harbor. This strong connection to the root will help you overcome the situation where you feel so broken.

Remember To Find Out The “Why”

“Why do I feel broken?”- we always forget to ask ourselves this question and find out the “why?” During our trying times, we often forget to remember that we all are here to love everything on this earth and increase the positive vibes everywhere on this planet.

It is so amazingly accurate that hardship makes us forget about our mission and reason for our being when down phases take us to more depth.

Unpleasant experiences teach us to build connections with others and relate with those facing different struggles daily.

You will not be able to take any action to improve your mental state unless you first understand the reason why you constantly feel broken. Going through this process will help you to become a more well-rounded person and achieve the purpose for which you were born.

Remember that There is Always Something beyond Your Despair

We think the entire world will feel the same way or share views when we feel broken. But one bad phase is not the end of your life. It will help you enrich your perspective to face future hurdles confidently.

It is so wonderful that despite my tough time, I can still smell nature, breathe fresh air, see the floating clouds in the blue sky over my head, and smile at a person. These little things always make me feel alive, forgetting all broken feelings.

So you must remember all the good things around you besides your distressed slumps and enjoy each day. You will discover the sources of lights keeping your mind open.

Remember Your Close Ones Who Are There For Support

It is a reality that the best motivation comes from families and friends. We often forget that they are the best support in our lives.

So if you are in trouble, never hesitate to ask them to help you out of the thought. Their assistance usually does wonders and relieves us from rough patches.

Aside from this, it will help if you would not consider yourself a burden on them because those who care will always be there for you.

Remember to Get Involved in Things that Bring Joy

We feel broken and hopeless when we give all our attention to our despairs. So, this negative approach takes us to more darkness, and we forget to live happily.

Doing somethings as going outside and soaking your body in the sunshine or meeting up with your friends, having some coffee, or doing anything you want on earth will help you to feel the joy you need. Even doing small stupid things would help.

Just because you are crushed from the inside does not mean your life is wallowing on an unrest sea. Every waking minute is valuable; you must live those minutes to the fullest.

Remember Not to Identify Your Emotions

You should never forget one thing: you don’t own your thoughts when you feel broken and lost. They will keep coming and going. Also, you are not inviting them.

You are just watching them and feeling their presence when you are feeling broken and lost.

For example, you send invitations to your friends and relatives, but you never invite your thoughts to enter your brain and occupy space. So, you do not need to worry much about your temporary feelings because you are more important than these. In addition, you should not let your emotions control you.

Remember that Life is Full of Hurdles, but They Are for a while

Remember, another essential thing that your journey threw onto you since birth exists for a specific span, just like your emotions. But, we become serious about it and overlook the truth.

So, you should enjoy every moment of existence on this planet. And, when you will look back at your old days, you will realize that brokenness has taught you everything.

Remember to Go for a Healthy Diet

Your enormous effort to figure out the answer to why you feel broken inside will help you to find out crucial things. At these times, it is prudent that you stay fit. To stay fit, you will need to intake a healthy diet. A nutrition-filled diet helps us to regain energy and prevent our extreme emotions from overpowering us.

Our body needs nutrients, minerals, vitamins, and protein. These are the optimal keys to controlling our emotional state and safeguards our health.

Remember to Unplug for a Whole Week

When you feel broken from inside, remember to unplug for a whole week. It’s easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of daily life and forget to take care of yourself. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or just plain exhausted, it might be time for a digital detox.

Disconnecting from technology can help you reconnect with yourself and the world around you. Spend some time offline doing things that make you happy and relaxed. This could be reading, spending time in nature, or taking up a new hobby. Rediscover your passions and give yourself the time and space to pursue them.

Although it may be difficult at first, unplugging from technology can be incredibly rejuvenating. Give yourself permission to disconnect and see how much better you feel after a week without screens.

Wrapping Up

Remember these things when you feel broken inside. It’s okay to not be okay, you are not alone, and your feelings are valid. Seek help from a professional if needed, and take care of yourself. You are strong, and you will get through this.
