When I was younger, I used to have an extreme fear of uncertainty. I would often avoid doing things I didn’t know how to do. This made me feel anxious and worried about my future.

Overcoming this fear took years of practice. We’ve all been there- you’re afraid of something and don’t know what to do about it.

It may be an upcoming exam, a job interview, or a presentation to a group of people you aren’t sure will go well. Whatever it is, you feel anxious about it, making you uncomfortable.
